Helping Our Locals Succeed

Making sure locals have the resources to improve their ability to welcome more workers into our union family and bargain better and stronger contracts is a key priority for the UFCW. These resources range from legal guidance regarding today’s NLRB to using reflective engagement to connect with members and potential members to calculating the value of our union contracts.
