UFCW Local 540 Hosts Citizenship Workshop

immigration, UFCW Local 540

PIC 4

Last week, UFCW members attended a citizenship workshop in Dallas, Texas, as part of the UFCW Union Citizenship Action Network (UCAN) program. The workshop, hosted by UFCW Local 540, provided participants with the skills and tools needed to navigate the naturalization process and reach the full benefits of U.S. citizenship. Participants also learned about how to access the proper documents, legal counsel, and other assistance necessary to get the U.S. citizenship process started.

If your local union is interested in hosting a training or taking advantage of upcoming immigration training opportunities, please visit the UFCW Immigration Guide site to submit your information.
