The three-year contract, which takes effect retroactively on August 4, 2024, and expires on July 31, 2027, includes the following provisions:
- Better pay.
- Reduction in the number of hours needed to reach and maintain top pay.
- No changes to weekly health insurance premiums.
- More paid time off.
- Better safety measures in stores.
“This contract is the result of Richmond and Tidewater Kroger workers standing together for the better wages and benefits they have earned and deserve,” said UFCW Local 400 President Mark Federici.
