Help Us Make Our Organizing Team Stronger

The International’s Organizing Department is looking for talented member organizers to add to its ranks.

We are looking for new organizers who reflect the demographics of our members, and have the skills to communicate the value of belonging to our union family to workers who want a better life. We are especially interested in members who have already developed relationships with their colleagues at their workplaces and can hit the ground running.

At the UFCW, our organizers are valued and supported as an integral part of the union operation and leadership team, and we have developed successful training programs for organizing staff to build worker power in every UFCW industry.

All locals are encouraged to spread the word about this opportunity to help grow our union family. To apply, members must send a resume and cover letter to Denise Clark in the Organizing Department at dclark@ufcw.org.
