Pharmacy technicians from Safeway 2761 in Lander, Wyoming voted in an election for union representation with UFCW local 7 on April, 19. Rhonda Hall, one of the techs, worked for a union Safeway in California prior to coming to Wyoming and had no problem speaking up to unionize her store.
Although Wyoming is a right-to-work state, Rhonda and her fellow pharmacy tech Rebecca know that with a union, they have a voice on the job, and that when the union is strong, we are better able to create a better life for our union family.
